Hip Hostel is located on a small alley ,so near Central & Junceylon Department store.The hostel is so chic ,You can watch TV at common area at the lobby.The mixed dorm room is lovely & clean.Bathroom is inside with dorm room. Only downside is Wifi,it's weak at dorm room.

Perfect location, walkable to the party and the beach but far enough away from the noise sleeping wasn't an issue. Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. I was able to email them with questions while I was out and about and they answered almost instantly. Only piece of feedback is the lockers are made with cheap particle board and aren't bolted down. They could easily be picked up and hauled right out of the room or broken into. Even with that being the case we felt safe and weren't too worried. I really liked this place, simple and perfect for the price point.
It was a basic hostel, good for the price. The staff was friendly and it was clean.
Perfect location to reach most of the important points in the city.
-1 Star: We told her that we need to check out at 8 am (the time she normally opens) and in the morning nobody, but a notice to herself that we check out at 8, was there. So we left at 8:15 to get to the airport in time. 100 Baht deposit lost.
