The worst thing is the service staff. Especially the staff at the breakfast station the one who is always wearing a chef hat. She only smiles and gives a good service to foreigners. She gives poor service when she sees Thai people. It has been like this many times when me and my boyfriend stays there. At first we did not notice but it happens several times. Poor and wrong attitude she has. Double standard. I do not know why the owner let this kind of people working in this job that service is the most important. If she does not want to do her job, she should work on other career that she does not need to service people and she can make a grumpy face all day when she sees Thai customers.
Location was good.
Service was very bad.
Buffet Breakfast was OK.
Charged us extra for a kid when we already mentioned 3 people in the booking.
Room was OK. No water in the morning, had to call reception to get the water flowing.
Checkout at 12, if 12 - 2pm then they charge extra half day, if after 2pm then they charge full day, but you still have to checkout.
You have to keep all towels at the correct location, else they charge.
Overall, not so good experience, only location is good.
Easily one of the best places to stay in Phuket if a place on budget and good view is your priority. Staff assistance isn't all that great but manageable. Nearby 7/11 , bike rentals, tour booking offices makes it a really convenient for tourists.
Overall good value for money. Pool is nice, room was great as we got a free upgrade. The resort needs a bit of renovation work here and there. Breakfast was decent, there's shuttle to the central Patong. The bad, air-conditioning was a bit noisy and the internet not great at all.
