Good service, friendly and helpful staff. I got stayed at pool access room was so amazing and relax. Nice breakfast and many choices.
Excellent! The hotel was well looked after, still fresh and clean. The staff from the top to the bottom made the hotel so special. All of them do their best natually to take care of their guests. Even though Patong is extremely quiet because of the covid situation, we still want to stay at the hotel again.
Very nice friendly staffs, excellent services, nice beautiful room.

our room 707 for 5 nights was great not until my wife and I both got sick from their dinner buffet. We like the idea how they setup street cart in the hotel, giving you the night market feeling so We felt safe to eat their dinner buffet but no it got us both sick. Their breakfast buffet wasn't that great. As you enter the restaurant you can smell the sewage. Mosquito are everywhere in the restaurant so have fun eating. "Grand Mecure signature Mojito" looks so good so we ordered 2 as advertise end up getting plastic cup and was not even good.
