Excellent Service. Everything is perfect on my stay. We booked 10 rooms in very short notice. They could arrange us all comfortable rooms with special requests we asked overnight. All staffs from sales to housekeeper are professional. Food Service Staff Room....Everything is beyond expectation. It definately worth the price.
The newest hotel in Patong area, location is very prime as it’s right next to the beach, price is super attractive for such a comfortable hotel with great swimming pools! I can’t stop missing that pool really... The Deck Bar where is in front of the hotel is also stunning. Will definitely come back very soon!
I am traveling the last 2 months and stay in different Hotels the four pointHotel is the best where i have stayed in the last two months here in Thailand the Services absolutely great. The GM is always on duty. Always overlooking the hotel. You see him everywhere, that is what I love. The staff is 100% service minded. If you're sitting at the pool the staff is looking for you taking care asking you if you want to eat or drink something, following up, when you finish with your drink. The breakfast is amazing, a must! the egg Benedict, yummy. Also the food in the restaurant and I ordered twice room service, great! The rooms nice the bed comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The prices are good. So no need to go out of the hotel. Hotel highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay I had, will come back and soon. Sorry that I didn't take more pictures, but I was sooo relaxed
New beautiful resort, with a great location just off Patong Beach.
The staff are all very friendly, nice and accommodating they made it a pleasure to stay there and made it an easy decision to extend our stay.
The breakfast was exceptional with a very large selection of delicious food, even though it was much less busy due to covid they still had a very large spread and the staff would anticipate and accomodate any need.
Lots of foliage and 2 pools, look forward to coming back!
