The hotel is located in the shopping center Ceylon. Which automatically makes its location unique. All shops are within walking distance: grocery, souvenir, clothes ... There is also a large selection of restaurants for every taste from McDonald's to expensive Japanese or Italian. One hundred meters one night food market and a little further away the second. In 2 minutes walk Banglo Road, street entertainment. I want to note immediately in the rooms of the night fun can not be heard. To the beach slowly walk for 7-10 minutes. We were lazy, and immediately ordered a rental car Orange car phuket, on the Internet there is a website for them, they are easily located in search engines), it turned out much cheaper than a taxi.
Breakfast in a wonderful cafe opposite. You can find food for every taste. There were always fruits, species 5-7. And there was enough food for everyone, never was that something was over and did not update.
This is my second time staying at this hotel, I loved it from the first visit, the staff are so helpful and so amazing, the rooms are clean and stylish, it's not a 5 stars hotel, no view from the window and some rooms doesn't have windows but you would love to stay in there, the location is great, it's in the middle of the mall which makes it so easy and safe, at night you won't be able to enter the mall unless you have your hotel access card to show it to the mall security, you can easily make a friend with the workers in here which shows you how friendly they are. And for sure everytime I visit phuket I will stay here and I will recommend it to all of my friends..
Excellent location in the middle of the Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Good shower. Nice staffs. Good room service. Big TV with English channels.
Internet is not good. The carpet on 2nd floor is old. The bathroom and the bedroom are all in the same place, the bathtub is on the side of the bed in front of the fridge. Even without windowns, you can hear the noise from outside. You must leave $1,000 baht cash deposit per person.
Located in the Jungceylon Shopping Center which is a modern open air shopping and dining area. You could stay here a week and eat at a different place every day just steps away from the hotel.
We were very happy with the hotel, we stayed in a room with a window, it was just a few dollars more and I would suggest that you do the same. I accidentally booked a room without a window at another hotel, it was like being in a jail cell (not that I actually know what that is like mind you).
We were on the second floor overlooking the shopping center, there was very little noise though and if there was any noise it was covered by the hum of the air-conditioner.
The room was spacious for the price and it was very clean. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk the the cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.
There is a place just outside the front door that can set up tours for you.
All of that being said I do have some suggestions if management is reading this. There are a few areas that could us a little bit of upkeep. The floor in the lobby isn't looking so good and needs to be redone. It's finished concrete but it's chipped, cracked, and has visible patch repairs. The same holds true for the stairway to the left of the elevator. The carpet on the second floor is looking pretty shabby, it needs to be replaced.
Impressed with the friendly welcome and I was kindly provided with my room access despite an early arrival. Sure, the carpets are stained in the hallways; however, my room is spacious and very clean. Most satisfied with my stay here.
