This property deserves a 5 Star rating. I was blown away with how nice the hotel rooms are. Super spacious and the hotel itself was amazingly laid out. The pools remind you of a all inclusive vibe. The hotel staff at super polite and professional. The food took a little long when we ordered this is the only down fault I have for them. Other wise - I would highly recommend booking here!
Bad front desk attitude! Made too many mistakes during my stay, one good example, house keeper happened to forget and left the room card inserted in the room when i checked in but when i went out of the room, i grabbed it and later came back, i could not access to the room using that card. i later called front desk for help and the reply i received is that i (as a guest) should not take that card out as its only triggered the electricity not the room access (how do i supposed to know??) And by common sense, i wanted to save the energy and take the active one out. Sorry, this seems to be insulting me rather than apologizing me of the negligence made by the house keeping staff. In top of that i spent 6 nights here with many bad experiences!
Room maintenance and cleanliness needs big improvement! You can see significant difference to the photo of all furnitures - they are super old.
Driver club carts are nice tho! Final point, breakfast is personally, i found it poor selections and need immediate attention for improvements.
Had an excellent stay at Crest Phuket. Clean rooms, five star facilities, roof top swimming and dining area..The hotel is located on top of a small hill and provides a roof top view towards the Patong beach. They also have a masaage facility for tourist. Overall a great stay.
Very nice hotel in Patong beach area. Located on the top of mountain not by the beach but very nice setup. Services and facilities are good. Fine freak fast meets standard. We are very joyful staying here.
