There are good pluses and bad minuses. Wifi was poor throughout in my room so we had to be in pool area to get wifi. The bathroom separator curtain doesn’t exist. Bathtub is scrapped from the bottom. Hot water doesn’t reach bathtub but outside bathtub on floor it reaches. So floor gets wet and due to slope issues water stays stuck in places. Basin is too small. On the plus side. Rooms are great. Neat clean. Balcony was great. Food in their restaurant is good and cheap. Their scooter hire is cheap. Pool is very good. Staff are super excellent cooperative and always trying to help. So really mixed bag. Location is not beach but surrounded by eateries bars massage parlours etc. We chose family room and it’s adequate for 5 adults to sleep comfortably. The king bed can easily fit 3 adults.
We stayed 2 weeks over Christmas & new year, patong is a crazy place so this a bit of a haven. Nice and quiet, but the place shuts by 7. On Christmas night 11.30pm, we managed to get locked out on our balcony and no one to ask for help. Called the hotel number no reply, so my husband climbed down from the top floor. Found where the manager was sleeping who just said said we were the problem as we had been drinking! Who wouldn't on Christmas day and we had just spent the evening talking to family back home on the balcony. As the door latch was on when the manager unlocked the door, my husband had to undo the door latch enter the room and rescue me off the balcony. We had dropped 1 glass during our 2 week stay, tried to shop for a replacement could only find a pack of 6 in jengceylon so thought we would pay the 60 BAHT replacement fee. When we were checking out the cleaning team came in like the special forces, lots of loud talking and radioing to reception about the missing glass left a bad feeling. Also one morning were awoken early for a taxi that wasn't our booking again it made me feel guilty about waisting people's time. This wasn't our doing. So if you come here enjoy the quiet but don't accidentally break anything or get locked out, either of your room or crazily on the balcony! Nice pool.... & Be nice to the staff that are kind to you.

Great times, great helpful hotel staff, just awesome. Close to shops and beach.
Nice quiet little hidey hole in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Nanoi road.
Good location within walking distance of bangla road and patong beach (if that's your thing), short bike ride to nicer beaches further up though.

Over all this is a good little place
The hotel is very poor and not professional at all. The interior work is DANGEROUS to the customers as we all are not able to walk in our own rooms and has a high chance anybody could fall anytime due to IRREGULAR , non usefull and unexpected steps constructed in the room. The staffs apart from being rude they are not at professional and is very unloyal.. The hotel was caught lying and trying to cheat Bat 8000 but as we knew about elecricals we easily identified their theft. We were asked to pay THB 8000 for the electrical stove as it was claimed not working but it was their mistake in the electrical supply as the switch board did not supply current and the stove was fully functional as we showed them..
