Good hotel.clean & safe. Breakfast is nice. Location good..swimming pool big and clean . Only one thing which you 'll find it in most of patong hotel is the customer service very low. Not good. I hope they 'll talk to the receptionist to be more politely.
Location is it's best attribute, breakfast was below average. Bed was too firm for me.

Overall Tony resort is a great place for Medium budget. ( They are providing 4star facility at the rates of 2star )
