Beautiful, cosy, quiet, tastefully renovated boutique hotel. The staff is super welcoming and professional. The receptionist Juan and the hotel manager both helped us with a booking issue and were flexible and accommodating. A Real gem in a nice area in Paris.
Very clean and comfortable room. Staff is friendly and sympa .Very good location
In the end due to the latest restrictions of COVID we had to cancel our flight last minute. (Less than 24hs that the hotel policy states)
I called them asking them and emailed them asking if they could make an exception and give us not money back but a voucher to go stay once this COVID thing calms down.
Sadly they weren’t very respectful over the phone & showed zero flexibility for the matter.
I’d expect that in times like these they would understand.
Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Plenty more in Paris to choose from
Small hotel in a calm street minutes from the Louvre and Montreuil areas.
Fantastic newly renovated, clean and centrally located boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended. Thanks Souraya and Lisa for the warm hospitality. Will be back soon!
