Reviews from visitors:
We picked the duplex room with an amazing roof top balcony in the heart of Paris and a steam batch shower (Hammam).
What we loved:
The view, the corner balcony and big comfy bed and plush towels and bathrobes.
Breakfast mini Danish are fresh.
Service was nice with staff wanting to please you.
What we didn't like:
steep stairs between the room and the bathroom.
Room service want uninspiring.
Breakfast could be better with real fresh fruit salad instead of canned.
Pro tip: the steam bath by itself is not very hot but add hot water from the shower to get the full experience.
Excellent all round - location, staff, comfort, cleanliness, breakfast.
I loved staying here for one night in Paris! Place was easy to get to, appreciated the staff that were especially helpful and kind during the check in process. I also felt like the room was pretty spacious compared to others that I have had in Paris. I enjoyed the nice spacious shower and felt like the provided toiletries were quality. Breakfast was nice and had many options which was well worth the additional cost. Rooms are quiet and I never heard a sound from the neighboring rooms.
Friendly, good price, quite and comfortable beds. Very good
We chose the hotel because the concept looked interesting - black walls with gold details and this spacious rooftop terrace, perfect for hot days. Once you arrive, the entry area and hallway is nakedly designed. Nothing really welcoming - except the staff. They we're friendly and their English was good. But when we asked them if someone helps with our bags, they refused *because of covid`. So washing your hands or wearing gloves is no option? Secondly our room was really small and REALLY dark. Not really a chance for sunlight. We stayed for two nights, so I asked for a better room, "but they were all booked". Now the cleanliness: Overall okay, but when you looked closely not. Stains on the toilet seat and dirty coffee cups. They only had instant coffee in the rooms and no fridge. They also forgot to place a towel for a second person. AND worst if you're on a business trip - WIFI didn't work/poorly work. When I gave my feedback during the stay and even at checkout they could see, that we were not happy (btw, the terrace is not accessible, so it was 3 days this dark room with no light concept) and gave me cheeky 20 euros reduction. First and last time there.
