The hotel is very nice and the rooms are as well. The guy in the front desk has been very helpful and friendly. I had an accident with my dinner delivery and he kindly helped me.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Hotel Ekta - exceptional value, exceptionally comfortable, and exceptional staff. Our room couldn't have been more cozy and well appointed. We splurged and had a balcony, which was just magical. The staff was attentive to our every question, and we're so excited to come back - and to recommend to all our friends and family.
They charged me pre-authorisation $126 (price of the first night) and said it’ll refund within 6 days after check out. It’s been two weeks now since my checkout and I still don’t see any refund, they are not answering my emails, feels like a scam.
