We have a room booked in this hotel starting next Saturday, but turns out the hotel is closed. They have not informed us of this or have they returned our payment.
What they are doing is illegal, a scam in fact. I am warning you: do not trust this company with your money.
In fact, do not support a company that is using covid to scam.
L'Antoine hotel is a very welcoming place to stay in Paris. It is very close to the metro station (La Bastille) and from there, you can travel all over Paris for a very low cost. The Front desk people were amazing, JUAN, in particular, made our trip (my daughter and I) something really special. He was very helpful with directions, explanations, and always had an answer for all my questions. He gave us suggestions about were to eat like local people and a very good price, away from the touristic over crowed places. Since my French is not very good, he really took the time to understand what I was asking and to explain everything. Juan is from Colombia, and since I am Colombian also, the connection was perfect. The front desk guy who woks in the evening was also Amazing. I do not remember his name but he needs to get some credits for his service too. I will for sure recommend this place to stay. I do not know when I will be back to Paris, but I will stay at L'Antoine hotel again.

Staff were very welcoming (Elizabeth was wonderful!), rooms were cool/quirky/clean, good area to walk around/shop/eat and close to public transit! Highly recommend Hotel L'Antoine!! We had a great time!
A group of 6 of us booked two non-refundable rooms at this hotel from may 31st to June 2nd. We were very much looking forward to staying here and booked non-refundable because we had already booked airfare. Due to COVID we were unable to travel to Paris. We reached out to the hotel and they were not willing to provide a refund. Our airfare and cruise were non- refundable and we had no problem getting getting a full refund. We are very disappointed that the hotel was not willing to work us - this was a once in a lifetime trip that was very expensive for us. I would recommend support this kind of business. I don’t even this the hotel was open and they still would not issue a refund!
Great location for exploring the 11th and the many restaurants & food markets nearby. Our room was an average size for Paris, which was fine for 1 or 2 nights. The room was clean & well presented and the welcome was friendly. We booked direct and it was excellent value for money.
