I checked out today after just a night's stay and fell in love with this little boutique hotel.
The highlight is the staff, they absolutely go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and well taken care of. The service is beyond anything I've ever received and I'm a frequent traveler. As soon as I booked (months ago) I received a welcome email which was not generic. A week prior to my stay, I received another email with a questionnaire on my needs, preferences etc. Once completed, another email was received addressing my requirements. I thought this was a very nice touch, but none of it compares to meeting the lovely hotel personnel and the in-person interaction.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The soothing led lights in the bathroom at night are a nice touch and a welcome change from turning on bright lights in the middle of the night. Anything you need, they have or will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Afternoon tea was a warm welcome after a long day sightseeing.
I would most certainly stay here again and would encourage you to do the same.
I’ve stayed here a number of times and always had a good experience. Only 30 mins walk from Gare du Nord as well so if you fancy a walk through Paris. Breakfast is a good continental selection, I would definitely recommend as a boutique option.
The staff were lovely and the location was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
