Absolutely not a 4-star hotel as advertised by Expedia, but an outdated 3-star.
Lukewarm welcome by a receptionist not wearing a mask, tiny room with a tiny double bed and a small shower cubicle. Poor value for money.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this place is amazing and the service and attention is top notch. My daughter was sick, and they helped is by calling a doctor to come see her in our room. Building structure is beautiful with a fine sitting room and an ornate breakfast area downstairs. Close to St Germain des Pres, St Michel and many other key places to get lost in when in Paris.
My favorite hotel in Paris! Location is excellent, rooms are beautiful!
My room was overlooking a school, yet peaceful and quiet, offering me a glimpse of real Paris whenever I had some free time. I would love going for my walks daily from here, so many attractions closeby. Would spend most of my evenings at the Jardin du Luxembourg, or just aimlessly walking along the Seine, all the quaint book shops and all. Also enjoyed my walks to the Louvre at night when it was all lit up. Beautiful memories of a beautiful place.
Hotel staff was helpful and polite. Will upload some beautiful pictures later. Will surely stay here again!
Such a lovely hotel, great location, very clean, tidy and well presented. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Couldn't have wished for anything better and would highly recommend.
We made a booking last minute as our original hotel wasn't suitable. Booked online and arrived within less than the hour to be greeted by 2 lovely ladies on reception who were very helpful and arranged us a room very quickly.
The location is fantastic, great bar and restaurants on the same street but only a short walk to a station for tourist attractions and exploring the city further.
If we return to Paris we will definitely be staying here again.
This was our first time in Paris so choosing a hotel was a big deal. My daughter and I arrived into Paris late in the afternoon and immediately the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Having very little French skills we were worried that it would be tough to communicate, however that couldn’t be further from the truth! Everyone we encountered during our stay knew English and was happy to accommodate any of our needs. The hotel has a nice breakfast, perfectly located to easy Metro access and is situated in a quiet area for a restful night. We plan to return to Hotel Saint Paul again in the future!
