Very Helpful staff! Stayed for 3 days and the suite was very comfortable. Great for families and staff help with anything.
Food is good with many options, fresh juice and hot drinks. Rooms are clean and beds are nice.

We loved our stay. Location of the hotel us perfect. Close to everything and easy to find. Breakfast was ample & filling! Staff are very nice and accommodating. I would stay here again! Thank you!
My wife and I had our Euro trip planned way in advance, and unfortunately the global COVID outbreak and international lockdowns prevented us from traveling from the US to Paris, France in June 2020. Our flights were all cancelled and US citizens were not even allowed into the country of France during the time of our stay.
I would advise against booking with this hotel, as they were completely unreasonable and unwilling to provide us with a refund for a stay was impossible to complete due to the COVID lockdown.
