Very good stay and very nice welcoming. I warmly recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Paris. Very charming decoration.
I booked a room through secret escapes for two nights at this Hotel for May 2020. However, due to COVID travel restrictions I was not able to travel from Belgium to France. I asked the hotel for a possible refund or a rebooking. Unlike every other hotel in my experience from last year, this hotel was very uncooperative and denied a refund AND a rebooking. Which left me loosing 250€ for something I had no influence on whatsoever. I definitely know where I WONT be staying in Paris next time I go there.
Had a great stay , Hotel is in a good location in a very nice neighbourhood. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Also, very convenient for the metro and Gard du Nord (Eurostar)
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in visiting Paris.
A wonderful boutique hotel, great location, beautifully designed and decorated and lovey staff. Thank you so much for making our second stay with you just as perfect as our first three years ago.
A lovely hotel overall, and a great stay with a few pointers.
- On our first morning breakfast we did try cooking eggs however they were both rotten. There was no one around to inform.
- We didnt receive any toilet roll replenishment at all.
- The bathroom was incredibly tiny, if we were any bigger, we would have struggled.
- We requested early check in and a twin room over 2 months ago, however non of these were honoured.
