Based on our past experience this hotel used to be guest friendly and had that "we care" attitude. Unfortunately, not any longer. Due to the strike in Paris and a no travel advisory we cancelled our 2 night stay. And the hotel gladly kept the money. Not even trying to negotiate. Shame on you.
We stayed in the studio apartment, though it is compact (we expected it would be), the space is very well organised maximising the use of all areas. Everything you need is available. Air conditioning is great, And the room is very quiet with the windows closed despite the area being slightly busy at times. Lots of great restaurants, bakeries and bars within very close walking distance. The hosts provide you with all the info you could need. Great stay overall.
Great apartment with good location in Paris. The kitchenette is small but have everything we need. The apartment have decent space. The bed is comfortable. High speed internet available. Wireless Printer inside the room - very useful. The metro is very close to the building. There is NO elevator as usual in Paris, that is a problem because of the usual big luggage. Joy (the person responsible for the apartments) helped me with my luggage. The shower could have more pressure.
Considering all, I recommend this place.
This place is amazing. The rooms are spacious and homey. The service is really good and friendly. The location is also ideal. The staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
