The Residence is an excellent apartment hotel in a very convenient location.
Our 2 bedroom apartment had generous bedrooms, large living room and good kitchen with all required facilities including a washing machine.
Air conditioning was a good bonus in addition to the central heating.
Wonderful apartment hotel in a terrific location. Staff was excellent and very helpful and attentive. 4 Star accommodation comparing to U.S. hotels. Outstanding value for the cost.

Great place, great location, everything was in perfect condition and the staff was very knowledgable and forthcoming (helped set up dinner reservations.)
Stayed 3 nights with wife and 3 kids (11,14and17) plenty of space for everyone and priced reasonably. Room clean with all amenities including full kitchenette and washing machine. Came in very handy. Front desk staff always willing to help and very friendly. Would definitely recommend to larger family traveling in Paris
Very handy for all the tourist stuff! With the exception of a very noisy Friday night party at a neighbouring residence which kept us awake until gone 1am this was a great place to stay with the children.
