Incredible staff, really. I've travelled a lot around the world and had never seen such kind and generous customer service, where there is always a solution for everything and will to help. The rooms are very good, the sheets are soft, the toiletries are good quality, the breakfast was excellent and full of local delicious choices. There are little monkeys living at the premises which are the cutest thing. The restaurant food is very good too.
I am definitely coming back.
Nice and nice hotel in a picturesque area. Good sanitary facilities and nicely maintained rooms. Bumpy roads and nice cozy houses. Many nice restaurants in the area. We had a very nice time and definitely recommend this hotel.
we had a very pleasant stay for four nights and i would have liked to stay longer still. very helpful staff (thanks!), a lovely curated garden, a rich breakfast buffet, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and more. all located in the middle of the historic centre in an original colonial building. i'd choose this place again.
By far, the most beautiful inn where i have been. A quiet place of great class, loaded with brazilian and cinema themes decoration. Lovely house in a magic neighborhood.
Awesome facilities in a prime location. Room was clean and spacious but the real highlight was the hot tub and adjacent pool. Also the neighboring restaurant served a delicious squid ink pasta and the connected cafe had an amazing cappuccino and chocolates. It’s on the pricier side for Paraty but well worth the money and still quite affordable in the grand scheme of things
