Really bad. Let's summarize: - The rooms don't get cleaned. We were here for 4 days. There is a hanger which you could put on the doorknob to clean the room, but eventhough you use it, the room doesn't get cleaned. At the reception the girl said you had to put it there before 11.00am (we put it there around 09.00am), and that she would notify the'management'.Especially bad considering we're in south america, and the dirty toilet paper in the bin just rots there for 4 days. - The airco didn't work - No atmosphere whatsoever, uninterested staff. - Wifi is terrible, disconnects every minute despite your physical location - Breakfast was okay-ish. For south american standards it's fine. Coffee was really bad.
