Hotel ok. No beach and pool looks dirty. Staff are warm and friendly.
Amazing luxury hotel but suitable for kids most ages with a great playground in the shade. Couldn't ask for more out of this place

The service was incredibly slow and rather unfriendly. However, that alone is not why they deserve 1 star..., When I wanted to pay for the meal, the waiter at the bar deliberately tried to add an extra 10 euros to the bill. He tried to hide the visa terminal, so I couldn't see what he typed. I got suspicious, and asked for the receipt which he reluctantly gave me. He did not even apologise in the end, and wanted us to wait (again) for them to "figure out what was wrong with the terminal". Only when I raised my voice, they finally gave me my money back in cash...
