The hotel was one of the best we have stayed at. The nicest service we have found so far. Great attention to guest satisfaction, great work of all team members. Waiters, bartenders, cooks, reception, security services, guest relations manager - all these people took care of us, about our well-being. The smile did not disappear from their faces. Moreover, delicious food - by far the best hotel food we have come across. Only thing that could be improved is the coffee in the buffet. Perhaps it would be worth considering an espresso machine (freshly ground coffee).
We definitely like the simple design of the hotel.
The very large and spacious room was sufficient for our family of 4.
Remarkable care for order and compliance with sanitary standards definitely exceeded our expectations.

Lovely comfortable resort, but it is the people who make it a true experience. The staff were incredible. We met them all individually, always smiling, friendly and attentive. They became our friends across the week. Thank you so much for having us.
The perfect place for a family holiday. Cozy and relaxing atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Its clean and tidy and the outdoor places are very well organized to ensure comfort for the guests. The food is delicious and exquisitely served.

Thanks to the kitchen staff too - food was good and we have nice variety: several kinds of meet every day, fresh fruits, several kinds of salads, several kinds of appetizers, fish, seafood, soup (for dinner), sweets (lunch and dinner) and many many other!
Everything was tasty and was enough for everyone.
Great and green territory with swimming pool, billiards, table football, tennis and aero hockey !
7-10 minutes by walking to the sea and embankment.
All the COVID measures were taken.
I have only one suggestion for improvement:
please ask your guests to throw plastic gloves and masks in a bin, after visiting restaurant. Some of the guests are real pigs, they can just throw plastic gloves on the ground.
(you can use a big sign near the bin calling your guests to throw it in a bin)
Overall - really good hotel!
Comfortable rooms, generally clean, kids mini watermark and lovely customer service. The staff are brilliant. We generally had a Comfortable and relaxing feel the whole time. We'll definitely be going back.
