We had a fabulous time here on Sukkot. Beautiful location, great accommodation and delicious food. Lovely staff.
Excellent atmosphere in hotel. The hotel is clean and well staffed. The kosher section is excellent with good food and very friendly service. Shabbos is well catered and everything that is needed was supplied. Well worth the visit.
Excellent service both in and out of the dining room. Plentiful food and we were encouraged to take extra for lunch. Nice spa facilities including indoor heated pool and work out gym. However there was no chair lift to to pool for peope with disabilities
There is no such place as Blue Lagoon hotel.
It is simply a separate dining room in the capital coast hotel, who take no responsibility for what goes on in the kosher section.
When there was a large group, the food was good, but when they left, we were fed stale leftovers... actually quite disgusting. eg I demonstrated to the waiter that I could play the drums with the Stale bread they fed me. ...the cook offered to put the days old bread in the oven for me... No thanks
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... STAY ELSEWHERE
This is not an hotel. It's a good marketing company that leases part of Capital Coast Hotel and offers specific services for Orthodox Jewish people. For example: Kosher food, Praying Services, etc... I think they do a great job.
