What a wonderful clean beautiful place to stay. You are well catered for In all areas, food, entertainment, sports and relaxation. The staff from the bottom to the top are friendly and curtious at all times nothing is too much trouble. We will be staying here again when everything settles down.
We arrived at our room to find a letter, bottle of Champagne and a box of Cypriot confectionery to help us celebrate our anniversary so thank you so much to the management and staff.
Amazing place. Food is lovely, staff are polite, professional and accomodating. Any issues I had were dealt with quickly. I highly recommend this hotel!
All inclusive finishes 11.30pm if not seated u don't get a drink and seats fill up quickly in evenings not enough for everyone. rooms have a fridge with water only! Bar and restaurants staff are great lifeguards are miserable tiles around pool dangerously slippery when wet kids falling over every 5mins here food is very good but not great selection and most a la cartes closed can't get booked in any on our 10nights stay October 16th 2020 This is most definitely NOT a 5 star hotel x
I gave this place 5 stars because we've done our first week here the staff are amazing they can't do enough for you and the food is outstanding. The positioning of the hotel is ideal with a few steps from any of its pools and you're on the beach your also a 20 minute walk along a coastal pathway from paphos harbour . The rooms and hotel are kept spotless at all times my only criticism would be the tv in room you only get a few channels when you can get them working .I know that's not a deal breaker but sometimes you may want to watch some tv whilst getting ready to go out or if you have little ones
Had just the best time in these very strange times . Staff and the all stars animation team absolutely brilliant to help your stay just the best. Would definitely recommend a visit
