Love this hotel, we will definitely be visiting again. The staff are all so friendly, especially Maria! She does a great job of looking after all the cats. Food was great, which is important for an all inclusive. We also felt very safe during covid 19, everything was fully cleaned and everyone made an effort to adhere to safety measures. We will be back :)
Great staff, clean rooms and delicious food. Great if you like cats like me because there are loads around.
Great staff who work tirelessly to make you feel comfortable. Maria(my darling) is amazing!! Food is lovely and hotel is really nice. Would definitely recommend and miss this place.
Make no mistake this is a good hotel with brilliant service. However it is very compact with the accommodation within metres of the pool whether this is a good or bad point is personal preference, I prefer walking through lush gardens and having a sit down in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle sometimes. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with brilliant air conditioning. The food in the single restaurant was very good and the service excellent. There are a large number of cats around the hotel which were not a problem to me but those who dislike them may have a problem. I think the biggest problem for me was the noise at night, due to the compact nature of the hotel you are never far away from merry makers returning to their rooms sometimes not until 2-4 am. No animation or entertainment was present during our 14 night stay and the hotels location could be better with a 15 minute walk to the seafront. Value for money must be factored and all things considered I would say this is average. Some aspects of this hotel score 5* but for me the congested feel and location score 3*.
