The hotel looks lovely with its Roman theme to it and elegant posters all round but that's as far as it goes. It is a dump and needs urgent refurbishment as the bathroom is old and very poor for any hotel of this calibre. Plastic toilet seat, a flush that doesn't work, the shower rail is broken and the plastic chair on the balcony which looks onto a wall should be rattan there days. You cannot get a Latte or Cappuccino at the bar or in the dining room which is very poor and the waiter even stopped me from filling up a small bottle of water from the machine. How petty as we had to pay the entire fee for the hotel and our little dog before we could even see the room. Check in was fine and the staff were helpful
We liked it. Friendly helpful and cheerful staff. Decoration a bit quiche but you get used to that. A couple of large caged parrots in the lounge. Keep your fingers away!!
The room was absolutely stunning, got included bottled water every morning, housekeepers were extremely thorough with the cleaning, receptionists were all extremely helpful. We had a balcony a Queen-sized bed and a large spacious room for £300 for a week's stay. The pool was lovely and breakfast was great, so much to choose from, Would definitely stay again
There is a bar on the beach about 3 minutes from the hotel with sun loungers it is exactly what I pictured when going to Cyprus
I found it abhorent to see caged Parrots in the reception area just for our occasionally amusement! One of the birds was obviously very depressed as had pulled out its feathers. We had 3 double rooms for our party of 6, our room cost 80€ more than the other 2 rooms although it was identical to the room next door occupied by one of the other couples so we asked Reception why this was apparently we had a superior room which included a kettle, dressing gowns (of which you could have fitted 3 of me in) and some not so desirable fruit ie 2 oranges and 2 apples, not really worth the extra 80 euros! Also I and one other in our party found the beds rock hard. Hotel was clean and breakfast ok. Please get rid of the poor Parrots!!
Extremely quirky, the decor has to be seen to be believed. We thouraghly enjoyed the odd experience, staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and plentiful, we'd an excellent choice for dinner and breakfast. Hotel was quite, not much atmosphere in the evening but lot's of bars close by. Checked out Pitstop Bar, very good
