Well let's see for starters we get 1 key that you can barely open the door with, then inside there is a lizard in the bathroom, the carpet was so filthy it made your feet as black as coal, check out is at10am and they are bothering you at 9:30am, then to top it off I suffer from ptsd and have an emotional support dog that goes everywhere with me high rise condos 5star hotels yet this rat hole kept our deposit just because of her being with us! Never stay there again!!!!
Very caring ppl home town service..
I stopped by in person because they wouldn't answer their telephone. I was looking for a room for a week that allowed pets; says they are pet friendly. I walked up to the window and spoke to the lady. She answered all of my questions except the pet one. Small dogs only no cats. I pointed out to her the three units that had cats in their windows. She walked off from me. If you aren't cat friendly then I advise you not to have "pet friendly" on your advertisement at least put dog friendly only like some hotels here do. And another thing don't walk away from your customers when you're called out on.
Great service room was not up kep and dirty
Excellent hotel and for an affordable price. Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great customer service!
