We absolutely loved staying here! The room was clean and the how was great.view were great. The location is convenient. What I loved most was the staff. Monique and Celene were friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to be helpful. We will definitely be back.

We just finished our stay today. We stayed for three nights and it was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant and always gave us everything we needed. The room was very nice has a kitchen to cook at your stay and they provided you with dishes and cook wear. The view was breath taking. You should stay here if you want to enjoy the relaxation of the beach.
worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at! i would never suggest this hotel to one of my friends or family! the loby’s nice but that’s abt it. the beach is nice and so it the pool. the pull out bed from the couch didn’t have any sheets on it and i looked for them and i couldn’t find them...finally i looked in the dresser and there were sheet and one pillow and no comforter...so i called the front desk and they said they would send someone up with sheets. i waited for over an hour and no one came so i have to put shoes on and go to the front desk myself and ask for some sheets. the lady gave me a so called “comforter” and a pillow with a case. the “comforter” had a hole in it and was scratchy. my room was out dated and i was scared to walk barefooted in my room. on the first day i had to ask for a new key three times and even still they didn’t work and it took anywhere from 5-10 minutes just to get into my room. next time i’m in panama i will most definitely not be staying at this hotel again!
