So happy to have found a Pet Friendly Hotel that accepted our Huskies!! Red roof Inn front desk laughed at me and was INSANELY rude! When I called here the front desk was so kind and accepting! Check in was super smooth (business trip and clients were covering the room so that usually makes for hectic check in, but their staff rocked it!). We had a small car issue and had to extend our stay and they were so flexible with us! Friday Night Check in and Monday extending front desk ladies were so Kind and Helpful!!! House keeping staff and Maintenance staff were also really friendly with us! No one ever made us feel unwanted.with the dogs (which happens a lot). The rooms were on the smaller side but overall a bit nicer than expected for a pet friendly hotel. I know all to well how you can't have nice things with dogs haha! They definitely keep up fairly well! The breakfast was amazing for being continental! They had hot waffles!!! The juice selection was fabulous. We will definitely be back next time. A great value at a VERY affordable price!
Room was clean needs AC looked at it was making the carpet wet.
The room was kinda small. Close to beach could probably walk but we drove. No housekeeping not enough tp or towels. Almost right beside the Man in The Sea.
Many La Quinta hotels have been renovated and have pretty fresh finishes/rooms. This isn't one of them. Staff were preoccupied with personal calls while checking in. Wifi was not functional in the evening, and staff could only apologize (no after-hours support). Pros: cheap and near the beaches.
We are not even customers with La Quinta and Wyndham. We travel here to Panama City Beach Florida several times a year and stay at this location. I can't say enough positive things about Mike the manager and his staff here at this location. They do an exceptional job and take every customer in as if they were family members.
