Horrible isn't the word. Broken ice machines, staff isn't professional. The microwave came with a short cord so to warm up your food, you had to put the microwave on the floor or the sink. There were no towels on site. They kept saying we had to wait for a truck. The elevator is old and creepy. You can tell no one cleans like they are supposed to.
The whole place needs an upgrade, including staff.
Me and my wife stayed in multiple Wyndham’s in the past and this is definitely nowhere close to Wyndham quality, this is Ocean Breeze and Wyndham took over a couple months ago. Our 1st room Heat was not working, Toilet did not flush, and the phone did not work. After letting the management know, they moved us to another room in the middle of the night and the carpet was weirdly sticky and so was the bathroom. Look for something else.
This place is just disgusting walls & doors were filthy! Ac , tv & restroom door were all broken! The room reeked of cigarette smoke. No hot water to shower no towels. The photos are false advertisement! Do not book this hotel it we were just to uncomfortable to stay! This place should be torn down due to health codes!!!
Abusoltely disgusting, the carpet in my room smelled like it had not been deep cleaned in months, the water smelled like it had come from sewage and to top it off BUGS everywhere you turn. Breakfast buffet turned into just a muffin and no buffet? Not to mention other guess screaming and running down halls up to 2 in the morning, not to the mention if you did get sleep the beds spring would dig in your side. Would not suggest staying here as they don't offer refunds.
First these pictures aren't even from the same hotel. The lady at the front desk was super nice when I checked in. I went upstairs to room walked in and immediately walked out it smelled disgusting. When I came downstairs to cancel my reservation her whole attitude changed. She was rude af. Oh and it's not on the beach like the pictures insinuate
