Loved that this was right on the beach with direct access! The pool was heated and well kept. They did run out of pool towels daily. There were lounge chairs available around the pool; apparently the ones on the beach are rentals from an outside company, however the booth was unmanned while we were there and the wooden loungers-minus the pads or umbrellas- could be used.
The room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work well at all. Luckily it was a cool week; we purchased a fan which kept it relatively comfortable.
Coffee is available, no breakfast. Parking can be tight, but they said we could park across the street as well if needed in front of another building.
The only issue that I had was my 1st attempt to extend the room the night crew lady gave me the run around. I called back to the front desk in the morning and this lady was very accommodating. The hotel was great with the exception of the floors needing to be mopped and the beach was everything!
Clean, comfortable, and great views. Good location just enough away that you're clear of the rest of the PCB commotion but close enough to enjoy everything about it. Would recommend for anyone.
First and last time staying here. I kept having to ask for basic amenities that housekeeping should have left in the room each day (toilet paper, towels, coffee). One day I had to ask three times if housekeeping was going to clean our room. I get a knock at the door thinking it was housekeeping and all I got was someone handing me towels. If I want to clean my own room and make my own bed I'll stay at home. Majority of channels on TV were very fuzzy. I reported it and they sent someone to check it out and all he said was that the cable company is having problems. It never was fixed the entire trip. I don't go to the beach to watch TV but I do like to have something to watch at night.
We have stayed here for years, we come every summer. and it’s always the best experience. Everyone is so kind and the views are absolutely beautiful!
