First off, Camille has amazing customer service!! That is sooo nice to see these days!!! Made us feel Welcomed as soon as we walked in the lobby. Then, The VIEW!! So beautiful! We had ocean view side and our own balcony. It was just so perfect. The room is a little older but Camille did inform us that they were in the middle of renovating, which there was a nice new floor in the room. All the staff was super friendly and gave us plenty of coffee or anything else we needed with no hesitation. Overall Bikini Beach made our stay in Florida fun and convenient. Just a few steps outside and you're on the beach. Bar and grill, (doesn't open till March ) heated pool, dog walking yard and walking distance to a lot of stores and bars. This place and their staff really made our trip to Florida special.
I was very surprised at this resort for the price. It was surrounded by huge hotels but don't let those fool you. Great view, friendly people, great room and cleanliness, and a great stay for sure. Definitely will come back and rent again!
3/5 I remember the first time I stayed here before they remodeled 3 years ago. I was happy they updated so when I did come back and visit I would book here. However, during this stay on 02/26-2/28 upon arrival (Friday night) we had to get rid of 3 big cockroaches . I was intending to tell the office staff but they we’re too busy in their phones.
Great views of the gulf and awesome beach access. The rest...oh well. Shouldn't use Covid as an excuse not to clean rooms and then require guests to replenish their own items if you aren't going to wear masks in your lobby.
Perfect for youth on a budget. Wonderful view of the gulf, in the heart of spring break action. However I'm older now & willing to pay $20-30 more a night at competition for a cleaner room (floors made my feet dark) & balcony (cigarette butts & dirty glasses) possibly breakfast, and thicker walls.
