We loved this hotel! It was clean, great free breakfast and very nice staff! Andy went above and beyond! The room was awesome and our kids loved the bunk beds & indoor heated pool! Beds were super comfortable! Super convenient location to shops & restaurants! We’re looking forward to going back again in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool & lazy River! Beautiful view!
This is a very nice hotel. The room is spacious and very clean. My wife reported the wet entrance and changing area and bathroom near the pool was disgusting, bit I did not go in that area. The pool area itself is very clean.
This is definitely set up to entertain families with small children, the deepest pool area is 3 feet, but the lazy river pool area being a separate pool is nice, and my wife and teenager enjoyed it.
Direct beach access from the hotel, and all gulf facing rooms is very nice. Leaving the door open and listening to the waves all night was pleasant.
The pool area also plays music in the evenings which is a bit obnoxious when in your room with the balcony door open, but not as bad as it could have been. They do play a kids moving the evening on a large screen at the pool as well.
Breakfast was standard fare for this chain, but is served currently cafeteria style vs buffet due to Covid. The staff were all masked, but most below the nose, which is typical for Florida so far. Maybe 10% of guests were wearing masks indoors which is higher than other areas in Florida we have seen so far.
Overall would highly recommend staying here if traveling with children under 10, maybe consider elsewhere with teens or romantic couples getaway.

I loved everything about the hotel but the fact that they save the breakfast and warmed it up to serve the next day, other than that I would have gave 5 stars. The drinks at the bar were really good. The pool are heated. There is evening entertainment and the staff was very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the ocean.
Overall good stay! Only issue I had was when we called guest services they either didn't Bing what we needed or it took really long time. I requested new towels for 2 days but had to just get them myself. Food at the bar by the pool was outrageously priced. The beach behind the hotel was not crowded!!! Great view of the beach from room balcony!!! I would probably stay here again.
Absolutely love this place. Super clean, staff very nice and friendly. The bartender awesome and we had lots of fun with him. Breakfast was amazing with anything that you can imagine. The rooms are huge and the bathroom as well
