My mother in law had her wedding here (all of the family paid well over $3,000 for the whole stay). Well the night shift messed up my moms rate, so if you want a good rate and don’t want to pay $500 more than what they say make sure you get there early in the day. Also the workers walk around and someone who had an access card stole cash from my room. The night staff threatened some guy the first night we were there. The maid manager Curtis lied about someone stealing my money (even though he gave me my wallet back). The only good thing about this place is the activities. Do not carry cash and arrive early in the day and you’ll be fine. The rooms are outdated and the elevators are rough. A lot of stray cats, like at least 15 because they put food out for them by the grills. The bar manager is cool and the bartenders are very nice if you too good. All I got to say is I wish people wouldn’t steal, I’m out $300 dollars and had to have someone come down here and to get my family because I’m up north. Overall the staff sucks and they can “charge whatever rates they feel like” but the activities and nice.
Loved the view I had but that price for one night is ridiculous....
The people were really nice to us. And our room was a lovely kitchenette with sliding glass doors looking out over the Gulf. It was very clean with our own private balcony. We loved having so much to do just right here. And then the walks right on the beach from our hotel! We're coming back in October. ☺
Loved our stay here!! Very friendly staff. Clean and WARM pools! Hot tub was our sanctuary as well as the heaters in the time bar that kept us nice and cozy on chilly evenings.
We love it here wish weather was better but great time. We will be back next summer definitely loved the villa townhouse want to do the beach house for next summer so we can check out all the new fun stuff.
