We came back with bed bugs or the like. The place was in complete disrepair. There were sketchy individuals and activities happening that would make a parent very concerned to expose their children to that environment. Management has ignored my many repeated attempts to contact them. Booking.com has also done the same and has repeatedly ignored me. I do not like to plaster a poor review everywhere but I have no other choice. I would not want anyone else to be subjected to this. I have given them both ample opportunity to at least talk to me and listen to my experience.
Its nice for the money!! Had a small issue with front desk on check in . I made a reservation and they could not find it . I did make the reservation in the parking lot. Than came in so it could have been my fault , maybe I did not wait long enough. I could have been a little inpatient i was tired and hungry. Room we have is nice and clean. Rooms a little dated by vary understandable for the price of room. Priced for for what they are.
Gotta love the barefoot restaurant. The employees there deserve awards. The pool is a nice treat for the kiddos.
Not as advertised. The lady at the desk was mean. They were supposed to give us wifi password and didn't and she had an attitude. she was mean about everything, except when I was checking out. Air conditioner was broken in one of my room. Some of the coat hangers had yellow stuff dripping off of them, it was disgusting. The railings were not super sturdy, and if I fell it is a long fall; we were on the first floor. Bathroom doors do not close all the way, and if you manage to shut them, they are hard to open. The chair in our room was sticky and the bed was itchy. Not worth $250, and that was with an expedia discount. The whole building is not like the pictures. It's pretty run down. Will not stay again.
This "resort" is disgusting. It is absolutely infested with roaches. Upon arrival we had no towels in our room and calling down to the front desk was no help. We then found there was also no soap, found a couple live roaches and the floor in the middle of the room was soaking wet. We went down to the front desk and requested a new room which they did give to us, even though they weren't very polite. Upon entering the second room we found and killed at least 15 roaches. They were all over the room including in the bed. Absolutely appalling. I would have rather slept in my car. Do not waste your money here unless you want to be assaulted by bugs and poor customer service. Zero stars.
