Reviews from visitors:
This was an extremely disappointing resort. The older manager woman at the front desk was extremely unhelpful when we got there. Our flight landed earlier than we could check in and we thought we might be able to at least leave our luggage to go out and eat and she wanted absolutely nothing to do with us. Our room was 905 and they didn't even provide a roll of paper towels. They tore a bunch off and placed them around the paper towel holder. The owners of that condo did the BARE MINIMUM to be accommodating. The floor needed to be redone. I tripped over some of it multiple times. The fountains at the pool weren't on most of the time we were there and the water in them was disgusting which gave it a very run down vibe. The MOST disgusting thing though was the bed. When we took off the bedding before we left, we realized that we seemed to be sleeping on a piss stained torn up mattress. We will definitely not be going back, and I hope this review helps others to avoid paying high prices for disgusting, poor quality accommodations.
This place is excellent! Beautiful condos with beautiful views! We booked through Vacations Perfected. Communication was top-notch. The family really did enjoy the pool. We can't wait to return.
The hotel rooms or condo rooms if you want, are very nice, I do recommend but I warn. The service is quite bad, I can’t do anything on my phone without a thirty minute wait of sending or loading. They are also working on the building halls and rooms while others are walking and I’ve gotten some glass in my skin from this but was easy to fix. Just know great place for a family vacation!
Save your money and go elsewhere. This place was suggested to me by a friend who had previously stayed a year ago. (She also stayed with us recently) I would first like to start with the cost. I don’t mind the price as long as I’m getting what I have payed for. When we first came into the apartment it was decades old and not renovated like other guest apartments were. The first 30 min into being in the apartment we went through to check everything and the bathroom drawer fell out. We took a picture to document it to the person who’s card was on file. The time and date is also provided. The elevators never worked and finding a working one would be a 20min wait. The two front desk employees were fairly rude and didn’t seem to want to acknowledge us. I’m sure this was the same employees that made our reservation. I also should note that It was a hassle trying to book the room due to them not answering and them placing us on hold multiple times. The signed paper work we had mentioned we aren’t allowed to confront them which is why I believe they felt invisible while being ill mannered.
—This is the cabinet when we checked in then right after putting it back it fell down. They didn’t even try to fix it. My take is that they wanted to try and charge another guest instead of paying for the repair.
Great place! Condo was clean, staff was super nice and helpful. The only issue we had was the indoor pool chlorine levels seemed to be extremely high as our eyes burned as soon as we walked into the pool area however, this might have been due to Covid-19 regulations. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back.
