Had a great experience wile visiting on business trip to Panama city. Superb customer service! Beautifully designed modern rooms and the Beds are very comfortable. I slept like a champ! The canteen store in the lobby was a nice convenience. Very short drive to the beach access areas and local shops. Several restaurants within a mile. I'm looking forward to staying again!
Amazing service at the hotel! Stayed with my husband! Offered great breakfast options! Even let us have a late checkout! Great, relaxing place to stay! Had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and even utensils inside our room! Great experience
New hotel very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Thought odd no paper cups for bathroom. Kitchenette has plates, silverware etc. Wondered what cleaning protocol was for those items. Dish detergent provided but how clean are dishes? Put some clothes in closet that has bins, which is nice. Clothes picked up smell of bins as still new. Staff not especially friendly àt check in/out.
Great Hotel, but our TV did not work. It is new and very clean! It has a pool, and a small fire pit near the entrance. It is only 1 mile from the beach, a perfect location.
This is a beautiful and very clean hotel! It is only about a year old and everything was just very nice. The room was super clean and it had a very nice shower and cozy beds. I honestly have no complaints. The room we had included 2 beds and also had a full kitchenette that had a stovetop, dishwasher, sink, and utensils. There was a full kitchen table in there with 4 chairs. Great for a family getaway! There was also a little chair with a tray that you could use for eating or working on your computer. This hotel was also close to a whole mall of shopping and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive from the beach. We will be back again!
