Cosy b&b situated in a stunning building. Here Giulio welcomed us with all the help needed to park the car, get info on best places to visit in Palermo, where to have street food, lunch and dinner, attend artistic events etc. For breakfast he even brings to all guests fresh sicilian pastries (with ricotta cheese, chocolate and much more). Perfect location, with all major turistic attractions and nightlife at walking distance. Clean room and toilet, air conditioning and proper noise insulation. Good value for money. Would totally recommend it!
We had a great experience here! Super nice host, beautiful and spacious rooms, sparkling clean! The location is really convenient for the station and the city center! Also, the host was super responsible for the covid measures! Definitely recommended!
We stayed for three nights in an amazing room with two balconies. They don't serve breakfast atm because of Covid but if you want you can have a fridge. The bathrooms are shared and very clean. Our room was spacious with AC, desk, dresser, big bed and a kind of sofa/daybed.
There is also a nice sitting area and the host will gladly explain the sights, how to go to the beaches and give good recommendations for where to eat.
Unfortunately they speak little English.
This hotel has a very good location in the old part of town. The staff is friendly and the rooms comfortable. A/C a little weak at the height of summer, but it was OK. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, walking distance to all major sites in east and west Palermo (excepting Monreale).
I highly recommend Bellaroto Suits, beautiful modern rooms, but with the old historical still kept in the details of the interior.
The host Michele is really so warm, with great adwise to were to go and what is a must to be seen and to eat.
So welcoming and heartwarming staff.
The location couldnt have been more excellent, so close to everything you might need on your trip.
With this B&B I found the best place to stay in Palermo! Beautiful and very clean rooms, the whole B&B is well designed and full of details. Also the location is very central, perfect to see the attractions of Palermo or to go out at night. The host Sergio, is very kind and helped me with everything I needed. What a gem of a hotel. Don't be put off by the facade or the location. The rooms are very large, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are elegantly detailed and though you'd think the noise from traffic would be an issue, I didn't hear a thing. Staff are lovely. Great hotel.
The room was clean & modern, and we found it perfect for a one-night stay in Palermo. We enjoyed the quick self check-in! As we were staying in Room 3, our private bathroom was located on the other side of the B&B outside the room, but it really wasn’t that much of a hassle... Thank you!!
Probably one of the nicest places to stay in Palermo. Everything was pretty smooth, from our arrival to our departure, and the room itself was really nice and spacious. The B&B is located in a nicer and a bit more charming part of Palermo, and is within walking distance of many of the key sights
Mixed Modern and old dwelling refurbished into a trendy city hotel. Worthwhile my stay I definitely recommend it to anyone being very close to the ancient and traditional city market of Ballarò.
Very nice and luxury B&B in the heart of Palermo City. Large and compftable rooms, with noise cancelling windows. Absolut worth the money. Very special thanks to Martina, who helped a lot to organize the journey and was so kind and cute. Also the other staff made our stay great. Thank you all.
I really enjoyed my journey at this hotel. Very nice and wide rooms, stylish, much taste and care about decoration. The bed was comfortable and even if my room was close to the street, it was quiet and relaxing. The bathroom is also modern and I appreciated to find beautiful orchids flowers in it. Finally the breakfast is delicious. Try the tasty mozzarella ❤️ I'll get back to Palermo and I definitely know which Hotel I'm gonna choose again next time !
This BnB is amazing. In the middle of the frenzy and very difficult to find in a car with Google maps, there is a beautiful oasis waiting for you with every detail thought of to make your stay wonderful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, rooms more than comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help my wary American family who had just arrived from the states comfortable, even helping with the parking! Stay here, the price is worth every penny and you can walk easily anywhere you'll want to visit in Palermo!
We spent 8 days in this factory and we were extremely happy.
As soon as we arrived, we realized that we had the wrong date of stay (2021 instead of 2020!).
Floriana who checked us in was fantastic and went out of her way to find us a room on her map!

All the staff at the Léone suite are lovely and do their best for the guests.
The room we had was very spacious, modern, a real treat.
The staff are very serious and meticulous.
The location of Leone is really ideal for walking to the center of Palermo.
