Less a hotel than a B&B. Rooms are distributed across various floors, with no real common area. Rooms are modern but small. There was also a lot of street noise. Due to Covid-19, breakfast was served in the room, which was odd as there is no table to eat. Owners are friendly and very peculiar about Corona.
Paolo & Antonella are running a super sympa, personal and comfortable hotel in the middle of Palermo. I spent a weekend at Alma Hotel with my fiancée in the fall of 2020. The room was modern with a personal touch, super clean and the staff was very friendly.
ABSOLUTELY THE PINNACLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Paulo & Antonella (the owners) are INCREDIBLE. Our stay in Palermo was unforgettable - and their incomparable warmth & welcome was a huge part of why we feel the way we do about our experience in Sicily. To say that their attention to detail & they way they went ABOVE & BEYOND anything my husband and I could have ever imagined. We were in Sicily for my birthday - and somehow, they knew. We hadn't mentioned it to them (my husband swears!) - and yet, I came to breakfast to be greeted with a piece of Sicilian Almond Cake w/ a candle served in the breakfast dining area. They made reservations for us for dinner that evening, and even let the restaurant know in advance that we were coming there for my birthday. As if that weren't enough, when we got back to our room after a FANTASTIC dinner at Donna Eleanora (their recommendation, by the way), we walked in to see a birthday card w/ 2 champagne glasses on the entry table - and, YES, there was a chilled bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for us. They were fantastic w/ the valet service provided by the hotel & always made certain our car was accessible to us at any time - including on the morning we left at 4:30am to catch our flight. Antonella even packaged up a breakfast we could take with us to the airport on the morning we left (she left it for us in our refrigerator during our last night while we were out to dinner), since we couldn't stay, due to the early flight, to have breakfast at the hotel that morning. I cannot say adequate words to express how special they made our stay with them. When we go back to Sicily (and we are already planning to return), we WILL be staying with them again!
We just came back from Sicily and while in Sicily, we were in this hotel, it was honeymoon, my wife hometown is Santa Flavia, they are kind and nice staffs, clean and neat room and hotel, it's very secure place-you feel really safe, breakfast is amazing, we have really enjoyed five different choice of bread and five various choice of sandwich, many choice of fruits, 10 different cakes, yogurts, ... etc., it's free breakfast of course! all day free cappuccino and espresso, staffs are amazing, every morning, I have to bring breakfast to room-my wife is very personal, every each time, staffs are helping me prepared foods, also every time, we ask them place how to go, explain kindly and print directions and information about it, bathroom is very clean and well prepared-personally, I like to personal stuffs, shampoo, body soap, & body lotion, Hermes, my wife and I are very enjoyed stay in this hotel,
we are strongly recommend this place!!!

Very beautiful and clean room, recently renovated and in a very convenient location. Both the hotel managers and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast which is made with local sicilian ingredients is perfect.
