Visiting Palermo as a family was a tricky situation. I wanted to feel safe and able to walk around day and night. The hotels' location was great. We felt safe at any hour and mini markets and restaurants were at our doorsteps. The hotel building itself had character and was tastefully decorated with Sicilian influence.

The owner was very polite and informative. The staff member made our stay that much better as she made the place feel like a house. The breakfast was adequate and with Italian flavors. It also remained open all the time with basic amenities available to the guests, like bottled water, tea, fruit, other.

Best of all Palermo's shops, sights and harbor were within walking distance. All in all a great stay.
A historic property walking distance from the GNV ferry. Very close to the sea. Elegant, old world quality antique furnishings even in the very modern bathroom with much hot water.
Comfortable bed, soft linens, eloquent proprietor. Numerous outlets. Venitian glass chandeliers. Close to Teatro Massimo and bus stops. Great restaurants right out the beautiful doors. Walk out on your balcony and hear a great tenor voice singing his heart out. I will stay here when I am in Palermo. Breakfast included, all for 87.00 a night.
Ultimately a very helpful and accommodating owner, (albeit a bit touchy mannerisms). Anyway, a beautiful accommodation in a perfect location, for the ferry.

The very spacious room, with a high and frescoed ceiling and a very beautiful chandelier. The property manager is helpful and courteous. Good breakfast. The location is central, just a short walk from the port and less than 10 minutes from the Politeama. The area is full of restaurants and services. I recommend it for vacation more than for work.
