Everything in this hotel is super. The rooms are very clean, nice and comfortable. The stuff are very nice, professional, everyone are positive and you will fill like at home. The food is very good and service is great. We have been there two weeks but if we get more free days at work we will definitely stay more. We will come back
Extremely overrated hotel by price, rating and quality. Doesn't deserve 4 stars. At best it can be average hostel.
Dirty floors, furniture, everything fixed so bad and fast that looks like 2 star hostel (even palms on pool decided to commit suicide).
Price of the parking is additional 10 Euros for guests of this hotel, which sounds like a joke. The parking places are very narrow, it's very easy to cause incident.
First we got room (sea view room) with broken toilet (water running all the time), not possible to close toilet doors and nothing to hang on towels. We also didn't have toilet paper in the room. After that they moved us to another room with view on the bakery. We've complained about it, which resulted in moving us to family room with balcony, which had very dirty floors (black bottom of feet after going barefoot in the room), furniture full of dust. Everything painted/fixed so fast and bad that it looks and feels like hotel from horror movies.
The breakfast doesn't look like on photos (no desserts and not so big choice as presented on photos), but at least it was fresh.
We booked hotel for 4 nights, which we cancelled after 2 nights there, since it wasn't pleasant to be in such a accommodation. They tried to charge us for all 4 nights and 4 days of parking, but after complaining they charged 3 nights+parking (which is OK, since we decided to leave after 2nd day check out time).
Disaster. We got room without real window. And balcony is inside looking on stairs inside of the hotel.
Hotel is half empty and they say there is no better room!!! We paid 1400€ for one week... For this prison cell room. Total rip off.
And yesterday dinner... Kalamari had still sand inside...
Really would not recommend it at all.
Great hotel with very nice staff and, of course, great owners. Clean, cosy rooms. Slept like a baby! Great breakfast, very special! Outdoor space is a meditation area where one can forget all worries. Here it is all about relaxed, comfortable elegance.
