We were there in September and it was great ... The hotel is in a great location .. Just across the street and you are immediately on the beach. The rooms were very large, nicely furnished, with a terrace and there was nothing to complain about ... Breakfast and half board were very good and varied ... The staff in every area was super nice ... The pool area was also nice ... It was a nice vacation u we would recommend it to everyone :-) :-)
We spent 2 very relaxed, quiet days here. My wife enjoyed a break in the SPA. Everywhere friendly faces and relaxed employees, without a mask.
I used the WiFi extensively to work and watch movies (both Netflix and Amazon Prime). It worked perfectly at all times of the day.
The breakfast was very good.
We were 7 days in the west beach and our expectations were not met.
The photos on the website do not reflect reality.
The living room and the kitchenette, well, that was how it worked.
But the bedroom, see photo, a slightly larger storage room.
W-LAN supposedly available, but with a little luck only sporadically, not useful. Complaint at reception, yes, we know, there is nothing you can do.
The lady from the office across from the reception did not want to talk any further and in an unfriendly way saw the conversation as over.
In conclusion, it can be said that the price-performance ratio is not right.
For 7 days almost 1200 euros.
West Beach, once and not again.
