By no means a 4 star hotel. The hotel belongs to the 4 seasons hotel in Kühlungsborn, but adorns itself with their 4 stars. The bathroom is sufficient. Boreholes and cheapest fittings. The shower floor is slippery and there is no grab bar. The so-called balcony furniture is broken and dirty. We found an empty beer can. The service staff was always friendly.
Breakfast was very good, but you had to eat it in the 4 seasons. Suitcase up the stairs to the room. Not for old or handicapped people.
We were here for the second time and again very enthusiastic! The menu has something for everyone. The dishes were all prepared with love and very delicious. Furthermore, you can taste that everything is fresh and homemade. The service staff was friendly, attentive and we didn't have to wait long. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the rooms are designed with attention to detail. Children are also very welcome here and can play on the playground opposite. We will definitely be back :)

The food was delicious and the service extremely friendly.
Overall it is a nice hotel even if there are a few small defects here and there. For breakfast you had to walk to the main house, this only takes 3-4 minutes on foot, but personally I didn't think it was great. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. There is no elevator and the parking lot is ok, but a bit difficult to pack with big cars. So rather for young people who don't stay in the hotel room too long anyway.
