Beautiful hotel, but our voucher did not include a sea view or balcony, the room was still very nice. The reception was pleasant (Oskar), the service as well (Carmela), but also all the other ladies and gentlemen in the background. Especially the 3-course menu every evening is sensational. There was no buffet in the morning because of the chronicle, but a good solution was found. I highly recommend the hotel. Parking at € 15 per night not exactly cheap, but the parking situation generally not that good. But you could come to terms with that.
There were two of us in the hotel and there is nothing to complain about!
Great room, great view, great breakfast, friendly staff!

We ate at the Hansa Haus on Christmas days.
The food was very good! Both the menu on Christmas Eve and a la carte on Boxing Day were a treat for the palate.
In terms of service, we received excellent support from Mr Samas and his team.
