We don't want / need no luxury or anything, that's why we decided on the Alte Büdnerei.
However, I expect a landlord of holiday apartments to have a certain standard of order, cleanliness and functionality.
This was not the case.
The apartment wasn't ready at the specified time, we still had to wait.
Some things were still missing.
There were tea towels with holes, blankets with stains, broken tiles and grout in the bathroom, dust, cobwebs and fly droppings.
At that time it was the cheapest place to stay in Kühlungsborn, but that doesn't excuse this condition.
The owner has an excuse or explanation for everything. You could have asked, etc.
But I'm on vacation and as a guest I don't want to have to constantly ask about the simplest things that simply belong there.
The owner is probably overwhelmed with it and needs help.
But I don't want to judge that here.
Here you can eat delicious cakes in a beautiful, lovingly prepared café either in the great garden in the middle of the grass or in the interior !!! The service is very, very friendly and warm. You feel very comfortable and could sit for hours in the sun and enjoy nature and the cake along with coffee!

Thank you for being there with a lot of joy creating, cooking, baking and listening every day for everyone who is allowed to enter your garden and house.
Great hospitality in the garden cafe. There were three pieces of cake for two people. to the coffee. Opening times daily from 12:00 to 18:00. Clean toilets, large parking lot, warm kitchen and it was really nice and relaxing in the old Büdnerei.
Very pleasant, friendly. As guests with 5 boys and 2 adults, received a friendly.
Fair prices and delicious coffee with cake.
