Really nice hotel, especially for the price.
It's a shame that some parts are closed due to corona, but it shows how seriously they're taking the situation.
The best part is that they have complementary bottled water for guests. It's a great touch and considering how hot the weather can get in Osaka, it might literally be a life-saver!

Yes, the room is small but the price is fair and comparable to other places for what you're getting. I think this was built fairly recently so everywhere looks new and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. There were a few receptionists that could speak English fluently so that really helped.
Location is right beside a Lawson convenience store open 24 hrs so you can quickly make a trip downstairs for anything you may need including a late night meal. It's also a 5 to 10 min walk from key areas like Dotonbori (the food/shopping street where every tourist is hanging out until the late hours) and a subway station.
Even though we had a shower in our room, I loved going to the public bath in the top floor which is no extra charge for access. You can take a shower, soak in the hot tubs, and use the sauna that has a TV. They also have 2 coin massage chairs, and coin laundry with coin dryers which was so useful (just ask the reception for a key so you can lock your machines and don't have to worry that someone's gonna steal your clothes while you're away).

The hotel is not big, located in a small street so it is quite quiet, good location to walk around, the room is small but clean and fully equipped. Especially the hotel uses auto check-in, automatic reply and the dinosaur robot model is very lively and attractive, this is a highlight of this hotel.
I definitely recommend this place. Very budget friendly. Clean sheets, clean showers. They definitely take care of this place and make sure it's a comfortable place for its guests.
The hosts are very accommodating. Even gave us an umbrella for the rainy weather.
Breakfast was affordable and light, don't feel weighed down at all.

Great hotel overall. Out of 3 hotels I stayed at in Japan, this was the nicest. The room is small by Norfh American standards but we managed between 2 of us. The bathroom was nice and had a good quality shampoo and body wash (especially for sensitive/dry skin). Staff are very nice, and we liked the location. Room was flawlessly clean. Would most definitely recommend and return.
An excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small but I think this is fairly standard in Japan and they have all the amenities you need. The gowns they provide were a particular highlight.
It is in a handy location too, quite close to the centre of Osaka and walkable to the main tourist attractions. There is a good pancake cafe very close by.
Really clean place and good security. You won’t be able to come inside the hotel after hours without a card. Excellent location. You can open your window as well if you want more ventilation/ are scared of the virus. A few steps away from Dotonbori and not far from the bars in Shinsaibashi but if you’re feeling lazy, there’s a 7-11 in the same building downstairs.

Very nice choice for solo travellers. I have stayed in the hotel 2 times, and it was an awesome experience. It's supposed to be a capsule hotel, but the room has a closet and a safe, and the room is actually quite spacious. They also provide everything you would need during your stay, including very comfortable pajamas
I wanted to stay at this hotel. A strange hotel? I have entered the name of the screen and entered the name in check-in. Then an error was displayed and the staff appeared immediately. I checked my name and re-entered the name on the screen again. Then, check-in was completed normally. Why did I get an error? The room was a twin room. Squeeze was a normal semi-double size. The toilet and the bathtub were separated, but the wash basin was in the room. I wanted to work on a laptop computer, but I thought that there was no dedicated desk, so I thought it was not suitable for business use. Nearly, it is a convenient place because there are many convenience stores.
Well located hotel, a few minutes from the action of downtown Doutonbori. Room was on the small size but, hey, that's Japan.
A special mention to the gentleman on the front desk who went over and above the call of duty to help me retrieve a scarf that I left in a restaurant the previous night. Despite a lack of English (we conducted our chat through Google translate), he called the restaurant twice and arranged for me to collect it that morning even though it was closed. Superb service.
Very good, so clean and relaxing room, enjoy and fun, very affordable and accessible to the dotonbori, the shopping center, kuromon. I love to stay here again, o recommend it to my family and friends.
New hotel everything is new. Location wise, it's within the shopping district of Shinsabashi and close to many different restaurants. If you travel with lots of luggage it is a little cumbersome using the metro to get to the hotel. However, once you know your way it becomes very easy.
Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. I stayed in a triple room with my family and have enough space for 2 large suitcase plus room to move around. I particularly like the bathroom, it comes with a bathtub if you want to relax or the shower to freshen up. The bathroom is big and comes with everything you need.
Staffs are friendly, and are good in English. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Osaka. Recommended
We stayed 8 days at this hotel and throughout the stay the service was excellent. The rooms were clean, amenities are superb, and the location was fantastic (nr to all the interesting places, and transport hub). We had the breakfast package everyday and I like to mention a young gentlemen among the breakfast crew who served us; his name is Komang who was conversant in English, and who was very helpful throughout our stay. Keep up the great service!
I've reserved room 28 square-meter by less than 10,000 Yen/night (Good price for me) and i really like it because it's very comfortable big room and also have a set of sofa and table too. For the bathroom is very big, I really love to take a bath here. The toilet and sink+mirror are separated from the bathroom, So you don't need to wait to use it.
Hotel's location is perfect for transit to the Airport by Airport Limousine bus from Namba(OCAT) and also very easy to go to another place such as USJ, Tempozan Harbor Village etc. because this hotel closed to train station. There are many shopping places around this hotel such as Shinsaibashi, Namba, Namba walk, Kuromon Market. And if you want to have one day trip by bus, there are also have many services from Namba(OCAT) such as LIMON by shinki bus etc. Next time for OSAKA, I absolutely stay at this hotel again.
