We booked 2 rooms for 6 people for 3 days / 4 nights, the room had bunked beds. Though the room was smaller compared to what we were used to, but it was very close to the grocery store so we were able to buy our dinner at a cheap price. A tip for saving money.
The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rani san. She is a cheerful and enthusiastic girl. She answered all our concerns well and even physically brought us to the nearest subway station. Rooms were clean and functional. Will recommend to friends visiting Osaka.
Stayed for three nights. It is possible to keep your luggage there before check-in and after check-out free of charge. The hotel staff speaks English very well and is very friendly. The rooms are indeed a bit small but always clean, especially the bathroom.
It’s close to Namba station and the Namba shopping area, you’ll have lots of options to eat in the evening.
Nice budget hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were friendly and rooms were always cleaned spotlessly. Excellent water pressure in the shower too (at least on the 4th floor).
Lobby/cafe was also a pleasant area to sip on a coffee and get work done. Probably my only gripe was that the rooms felt a bit narrow. Still, my room was especially quiet and I slept well. Not a big deal.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to others.
It's a brand new hotel in Namba area. Location near to Namba station exit 32/31. Very easy to locate. If you have large luggages, I suggest to go to exit 30. This exit has elevator. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The property is very clean and well organized. Rooms are small but it is common in Japan. They have self service laundry in ground floor.
