GREAT location, must stay here 31/12.
New hotel, very nice rooms.
We stayed there on 31/12, which was coincidently a very convenient and money saving choice.
If you have been to Japan, you’d know shops and restaurants close early 31/12 or even before the 31st. And almost all are closed on the new years day 1/1. We knew this but was not aware how much closed.
31/12 we tried to find food at 8pm and almost nothing was open. Luckily the 8/F of the mall part (but same building as the hotel) was open and many restaurant was still open!
And you can walk a few minutes to the very close Umeda Sky Building to count down with the amazing view of the city.
And! 1/1, the new mall: Links, that is in the same building as the hotel, was open and we spent almost the whole day here.
Because we parked our car at the hotel the night before for 3000yen - 24 hour, we saved money on 1/1’s parking. Or else it would have been $$$.
No other nearby malls were open so we are very glad that we stayed here!!!!!

It is a new hotel, opened in Nov 2019. The service is good. My room has 4 super single beds which is hard to come by. Not many hotels have such combinations.
For check in, go to level 9. The lower floors are for shoppings and dining.
Within walking distance to Osaka Umeda station via link bridge (2nd floor).
Very good convenient location and the hotel room are decent in size. The beds are comfortable
