This hotel is very nice. Had room for 6 and it was worth every cent. Better than most hotels. Location around 900m to train station. Manageable. Will be back again.
Room is clean and cozy with its tatami theme. Love the bath tub and toilet, service is friendly and poliet.

The area immediatley around this hotel is run down with broken vending machines, graffiti, and barbed wire fencing around everything! Despite this the hotel interior was nice and the receptionist spoke perfect English. Laundry facilities were free to use even providing free detergant. The rooms themselves were nice with 2 exceptions: the pillows were so thin they might as well not have been there, and if you want to sleep in the dark you are going to have a bad time. There is no way(that we could find in an hour of searching) to turn off the primary room light without removing the keycard which leaves you without climate control. However this doesn't leave the room dark as many items in the room still produce light, including the now vacant card receptacle. All in all a very mixed bag, so maybe consider somewhere else to stay in Osaka.
