Great hotel overall. Out of 3 hotels I stayed at in Japan, this was the nicest. The room is small by Norfh American standards but we managed between 2 of us. The bathroom was nice and had a good quality shampoo and body wash (especially for sensitive/dry skin). Staff are very nice, and we liked the location. Room was flawlessly clean. Would most definitely recommend and return.
Great hotel, good customer service and spacious and very clean hotel room. Location is convenient and walkable to places Kuroman market and Dotonbori. It is also close to train stations, few minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again
This was my first trip to Osaka (2/22-2/25), and I knew nothing about the Smile chain when I selected this location. WOW...I couldn't believe my good fortune! Everything was of course very clean, and it appears to be a newer building. I was grateful for the presence of laundry facilities, and the location was within walking distance of transportation, bars, shopping, and places to wander. And the staff was incredibly kind! Most notable was during check out: the staff greeted the guests exiting and handed me a small package containing 3 Glico candies (I had just visited Tsutenkaku Tower and the Glico history exhibit in the basement) and a handwritten note in English and Japanese "Thank you for staying with us :) :) :)" and a drawing of an octopus and takoyaki! This gesture was actually profound, and made a lasting impression on me. I eagerly look forward to coming back post-pandemic. Thank you! (EDIT: they're also among an increasing number of hotels offering a green option, which I appreciate since I forgo room service for short stays anyway).

Smile Hotel Premium Osaka, Japan. We stayed there two night last month. Very crozy new hotel with good location. Nearby shopping night market. room was clean and large bathroom with hot bathtub, hot toilet. Full AC room. 24 hour WiFi free. Delicious breakfast. Super service. Helpful and polite staff. Near no parking. We will visit once again. I liked. Thanks.
